Gavin (Eoin Macken), her estranged husband, and Izzy (Zyra Gorecki), their daughter, have landed in prehistoric Seattle and are now battling the elements and predators on their trip to Los Angeles, but she doesn’t know that just yet.
David Appelbaum discussed some of the season two storylines in an interview with TV Line. He then said that Season 2 would take place in a different era. And he continued, “Their story will take place after 10,000 B.C. Finding them in a setting unlike anything we’ve seen before will be a great part of Season 2.
